Refunds and Returns Policy

Welcome to rawbournemouth.co.uk. We are committed to providing high-quality Raw Dog Food to our valued customers. This document outlines our policy with respect to refunds and returns.
1. Refunds
Our policy is that no refunds are given after the purchase is sent out for delivery. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please reach out to us via our contact page. Be sure to provide your order number, the product you wish to refund, and the reason for your request.
Please note, any issues regarding the quality or standard of the product should be directed to the manufacturer.
2. Cancellations and Modifications
Customers can cancel or modify their order anytime before it is sent out for delivery. After this point, cancellations, modifications, or returns are not viable due to the perishable nature of the product.
3. Returns
Once sent out for delivery, due to the perishable nature of the Raw Dog Food we sell, we do not accept returns.
4. Delivery
Our delivery service guarantees to keep the product frozen for up to 24 hours. Our delivery courier, DPD, will attempt to deliver the product within this time.
In case the delivery is unsuccessful and the product is not collected within the 24-hour period, DPD is forced to discard the product for health and safety reasons. This is not eligible for a refund.
The reason this is not eligible for a refund is because once is dispatched, it’s out of our control. You will receive and can negotiate a one-hour delivery slot with DPD which is efficiently managed to avoid this happening.
5. Liability
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that occurs as a result of the use of this website or our products.
